I cannot personally undertake acupuncture by video-conference, however I can safely, guide and teach you to use press needles & stick moxa, which I can send for yourself and your whanau
to do this safely a telehealth appointment is essential, I will take a careful case history and can then offer my insight and counsel
this may include prescribing internal and topical herbal medicines, supplements, chinese medicine based nutritional advice and demonstrating self-care techniques and exercises
